Emma has over 15 years of experience in sales and sales leadership roles, and as a result carries an amazing wealth of knowledge and experience.  Emma is a passionate, well-read professional who prepares well and inspires sales teams and sales managers with her energy.

The key for Emma is improved performance.  From her early days in a fast-tracked management scheme at Yell, Emma learned the most important foundations of selling, and how to motivate teams to success.

She is brilliant at helping our clients establish a culture of high performance, putting in place strong standards and encouraging sales teams to accept and exceed them.  Emma is an excellent communicator, finding that magical ‘switch’ in the training room that speaks directly to learners encouraging them to change their behaviours in a safe environment.

When not training Emma loves marathon hiking events and giving back to the world by donating her time to under-resourced countries and children’s education.
