Clare has over 20 years of sales and training experience across a broad range of industires, including hospitality and FMCG.

She works with organisations to help them develop and transform their people into a more confident, engaged, effective and productive workforce. Clare brings an engaging & energy to all her training sessions  and uses humour and highly skilled facilitation to enable people to communicate and function at a high level and reach their full potential.

She has been involved in over 1000 Training and  Development Programmes to over 100 different clients including Luxury Hotels, Fintech Companies, London’s Leading Restaurants, Train Operating Companies, Real Estate and Financial Services.

Clare brings a unique mix of powerful insight, undiluted passion and highly effective techniques to enable the delegates she is working with to understand their strengths, their development areas and reach their full potential.

When she is not in the training room she can be found playing board games with her children or performing stand up and comedy improvisation in various London locations.
