Charlie is our senior communication specialist. He has worked with mid-level and senior executives across a broad range of multinationals in the pharmaceutical, aerospace, and financial services sectors, including most recently the Executive team at ASICS including the CEO.
Charlie is a big believer in natural, authentic style so that audiences, clients and colleagues are more easily persuaded, buying into our ideas and strategies.
Although the proven course content is structured, Charlie’s training approach is very tailored. He’s happy to deviate from the plan to make sure every learner gets exactly what they need. He likes to coach and mentor each person in the room to ensure everyone is along on the journey.
Charlie has worked with newly forming teams, management groups and senior accounts people. He creates a very comfortable and open environment, and knows how to read the room to ensure all participants walk away with new skills and knowledge that they can apply immediately.
It’s impossible to be part of a session that Charlie runs, and not walk away feeling like a more direct, naturally confident and articulate self.
